SHIPMENTS

All orders will be processed and shipped to the address indicated by the customer in the order; Lomaestro e Figli srl uses couriers such as SDA, GLS and Bartolini and will process all orders within 24-48 working hours at the cost, if any, indicated in the cart before the order is sent. Any delays in shipment will be promptly communicated to the customer. Lomaestro and Sons Ltd. reserves the right to choose the courier for the shipment of orders, unless exceptions indicated at the request of the customer. In addition, Lomaestro e Figli srl reserves the right to accept requests outside Italian borders, for which not only shipping costs, but also delivery times, would vary.

Delivery times indicated by Lomaestro e Figli srl are to be considered purely indicative and any delays caused by the couriers of the destination branch are not to be attributed to the sender.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the waybill affixed to the package and that the packaging is intact, undamaged or altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or plastic straps). Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected by contacting or writing on whatsapp at 333.447.2264. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days after delivery, in the manner provided herein.
