Our Valle Scodella Black Olive Pate is a gourmet specialty prepared with selected black olives (63 percent), sunflower seed oil (30 percent), olive oil (6 percent) and salt, with the addition of natural preservatives (antioxidant E300, acidity corrector E330). This velvety cream with an intense and distinctive flavor is perfect as an appetizer to be spread on crostini and bruschetta, ideal for enriching first courses or preparing tasty finger foods. Its strong flavor also makes it an excellent ingredient for sauces and dressings. Packaged in a handy 314 ml jar with a net weight of 290 g.
